It just gets loud sometimes

"Oh, sweet-heart! You are getting fat."

"Why is your accent so funny? Ha-ha!"

"You should try to gain weight. You look like a skeleton, you know!"

. . . . .

. . . . .

We often criticize others very easily without even noticing. We do not feel bad when we do it because we are the ones who criticize others. But it is the different story for those who are being criticized. It is not easy for them. The insecurities about their weaknesses grow when they receive the criticism.

Someone who is often criticized because they are very skinny will not be confident to go out without wearing baggy clothes. And someone who is usually criticized because they have funny accent will not be confident to speak in public. Because they are insecure about their body structure or their accent.

The root cause of their insecurities is the criticism they receive. The extent to which someone can stand for criticism is different for each of them. Some people just do not care what other people say but some cannot even sleep when they are criticized by others for their weaknesses.

However, even those who do not care the criticism has a limit. Sometimes, the criticism just gets loud for them as well. It gets really loud sometimes even when the critic does not really mean it. Therefore, we should watch our words every time we are about to judge someone or something about them.

Just remember! It just gets loud sometimes.
